Accounting: Nadene Greene is the owner of NG Accounting and has been our accountant for three years. She will be the accounting consultant on all aspects of the start-up process, and will produce the monthly, quarterly and year end reports during operation.
Legal: Stacy Bjordahl practices in the areas of land use, municipal, real estate, zoning and planning, and environmental law. Prior to joining Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole in 2000, Ms. Bjordahl worked as a land use planner for Spokane County from 1992-2000. She is an Adjunct Professor at Gonzaga University School of Law, teaching Zoning and Land Use and a lecturer for Washington State Department of Community for Trade and Economic Development; her lecture is entitled "Short Course on Local Planning."
Risk Management: Kristen Schimmels is an independent agent with Basin Insurance Associates, Inc. and offers a full array of insurance products including: Home, Business, Auto/RV, Umbrella, Life, Medical/Dental and Long Term Care. In addition, she provides comprehensive financial planning through Financial West Group. She also has expertise in the area of construction, especially heavy equipment. Mrs. Schimmels has provided personal and business insurance for us for at least two years.
Geotechnical/Civil Engineering: Jerry Peterson, owner of JP Consultants, is a civil and geotechnical engineer licensed in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. His specialty is in the geotechnical aspects of civil design and site work, especially as they relate to construction and drainage issues. Mr. Peterson has over twenty-five years of experience in his field.
Business Consultant: Terry Chambers, Center Manager and Certified Business Advisor for the Small Business Development Center, provides no-cost and comprehensive consulting across all areas of business operation and management. Advising includes plan development and implementation, cash flow management, and monthly review of planned versus actual financials.
